Unless separately agreed, consultations do not include comprehensive technical audits, formal security assessments, implementation work or ongoing IT support.

There is no obligation to purchase services following a free consultation.

Appointments may be confirmed or rescheduled when reasonably necessary.

Paid services are governed by separately agreed contracts, proposals, Managed Services Agreements, Maintenance and Support Agreements or Letters of Engagement.

These website terms do not replace or amend those agreements.
